You know one of those situations where you really enjoy yourself at something? You enjoy it so much that you want to repeat the experience. But the repeat isn’t as good as your memory suggested it would be.
Fear not, this was not one of those. The night hosted by Daryl was a-maze-ing…..
We filled the room to capacity. We had to let some people down as we just couldn’t accept everyone who were wanting to come.
When we were all nourished by the range of food brought by our guests, we moved into the space to be entertained. Daryl started with some rousing renditions of well known tunes. His fingers danced across that keyboard and we knew we were in for a great night.
He explained about the origins of the music genre through story and the music itself.
We took a breather for desert and returned to our seats, with full bellies and eager for more music.
